OUR MISSION
HOOP FACTORY is a division of Golden Ticket Sports Inc.
GTS is a relationship-based company that specializes in player, coach, official, and multi-sport events. GTS prides itself on being the most organized, well communicated, and well-planned sporting event company. We work with corporate clients, clubs, coaches, and members of sports from around the world. Our annual conferences are meant for everyone, regardless of the level of play or age.
Our mission with HOOP FACTORY is to offer Lloydminster and surrounding area a place for athletes to train, play and develop year round. We offer competitive rates, flexible booking times and a friendly staff ready to serve.

When booking all necessary equipment will be prepared and ready for use; hoops, volleyball standards, nets. We ask that bookings bring their own balls. We will be cleaning and disinfecting between bookings and following the recommendations of the Health Minister in regards to COVID-19.

INSURANCE
Booking includes building insurance. Drop in users, must sign a waiver before use. For clubs, leagues, and team bookings, organization must provide proof of insurance for up to 2 million dollars liability.
PAYMENT DETAILS
• An invoice for your rental will be created among confirmation of booking.
• All Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice
• Please contact us for large block bookings.

YEARLY MEMBER $350.00 + gst
Access to every drop in time. Perfect for the year long athlete.
MONTHLY DROP IN RATE $40.00 + gst
This is paid per month. Perfect for the athlete who wants to get into the gym during breaks, or home for the holidays.
DAILY DROP IN RATE $12.39 + gst
STUDENT DROP IN RATE $10.00 FLAT RATE (Grades 7-12)

REQUEST A BOOKING
Requesting a booking with Hoop Factory couldn't be easier. Never get bumped from your booking, automated invoicing, and payable in any method you choose makes your groups experience seamless from start to finish. Follow the instructions below and book your time at Hoop Factory today.
STEPS TO BOOK AT HOOP FACTORY
1) Fill out conditions; PDF, Sign and Date. Scan and save a copy. You can take a clear picture and upload it. It is just as good as scanning.
2) Fill out Google form (the more details the better!)
3) Upload insurance, conditions form to Google form.
4) Then you will receive an email stating the submission has been received.
5) Hoop Factory will follow up with your booking request as soon as possible.
6) Once confirmed, your booking will be added to the calendar.
7) An invoice will be sent with payment methods and 30 days to pay.
8) Users can pay with credit card, cash, cheque or a Pay Pal account.
